Hi Mike. First off, congratulations on a superb web site and an equally great scene you have got going there. Much respect. It was a great pleasure to meet you in Le Pietri on Saturday night and hope sincerely that we can keep in touch. All good things. Allan
PS: Keep music Live !!

Hey Mike .. looking forward to seeing you and hanging out some at Cafe Clock wehn in Fez for a few days in Jun-Jul. Tarek Hadine tells me Cafe Clock is THE place in Fez and that you are THE primary source of any info I might need. I’ve also sigend up for a day of cooking class with Food Fez — greatly looking forward to it all.

Your café is really wonderful. Fez is incredible itself and your café is a cultural oasis in that desert of human survival. (My hubby just took a class with your amazing cookery teacher, congratulations on finding such a talented and warm woman – we think she should be on TV as she has all the personality and presence for it).
I´d like to raise an issue however. Even as I realise the question of human need in Fez, as a sentimental animal lover (British) I´ve suffered over the little kittens that die in the gutter there. Could the progressive Café Clock undertake an initiative to “get them started”? I know what I´m suggesting and it´s not easy but I think Fez would be more loveable with fewer abandoned kittens. I do apologise for my foregrounding of animals over people but I think that if anybody can encourage a change in the attitude towards animals in Fez it´s you.
It´s been our privilege to visit Fez and we wish you great success there,
Maureen Dolan.

Bonjour,
