Morocco’s Mourad Bouriqi wins MBC’s “The Voice Show’s” title


The Dubai-based Middle Broadcasting Center (MBC) named Mourad Bouriki the winner of the Arabic version (Ahla Sawt) of the singing competition television show “The Voice”.

A few minutes ago, the four final candidates Murad Briqui from Assi’s team, Farid Ghennam from Shirine’s team, Yusra from Kathem’s team and Qusai from Saber’s team have performed on the stage of the TV show “the Voice” before their coaches and a large audience, after Mohamed Karim, the presenter of the show, named Mourad winner of this season.

Mourad Bouriki earned the title of the best Arab voice in addition to a new Chevrolet Malibu 2013, and an offer to record a professional album by Nadir Khayat, professionally known as RedOne, the Moroccan producer, songwriter and music executive.

Murad Briqui was able to make it to the final stage of the contest by his distinguished voice and professional performances through the competition.

Yesterday, the Moroccan TV showed the family of the Moroccan singer who represent Morocco along with Farid Ghennam in this Arab Show wishing good luck and urging Moroccans and Arabs to vote for their son whom they think deserve the title.

The competition is coached by the top Arab singers: Shirine Abdelwahab, Kazim El Saher, Assi El Hilani, and Saber El Roba’i.

The contest consists of 3 stages: blind auditions, battle rounds and the live performances.
